Custom sections in outline

When building an outline I’d like to be able to both cusomise the drop down values in existing from down lists and add new section - kink of like Scrivener ‘Custom Metadata’. When I outline in Scrivener I create values to track items such as the Goal / Conflict / Outcome / ‘And So?’ for each scene. It would be great to be able to add these to the outline so that they show up in the sidebar when drafting.
